This CNC multispindle SCREW MACHINE is concepted for high precision and complex parts machining. Equipped with a minimum of 14 CNC axes until 32 CNC axes, it gives the maximum freedom to manufacture difficult parts and use standard tools, to optimize the cycle time and the tools cost of your precision parts.
To perform that most difficult operations to your precision parts and avoid secondary operations we have developed several state-of-the-art attachments for this SCREW MACHINE, such as: C axis pick-up subspindle with additional XZ slide for back complex operations, gear hobbing attachment, eccentric drilling attachments, eccentric turning via CNC and eccentric chuck, etc.
In order to reduce the cost per machined part, we have designed and manufactured different automation alternatives, like: Part elevators, palletizing systems, robot loading & unloading, automatic part/blanks feeders, etc.
