This is one of our CNC multispindle automatic lathes designed, built and equipped for SHAFTS, independently from the type of shaft. In this case, the machine is manufacturing steel shafts. Loading operation is completely automatic (Automatic bar feeder), and the unloading operation could be also fully automatic in case of need, through a conveyor belt or a palletizing system. 

Special attention to the length of the part in relation with its diameter:

To avoid vibrations due to the length of the part, we installed rest guides with excellent results.

Through our experience in this field, we have developed this mutlispindle machine for PISTON RODS MACHINING. Who already have this CNC MULTISPINDLE MACHINE, produces each side of the shaft in cycle times between 10 and 14 seconds. This consists on a completely automatic solution with load and unloading stations, part transfer, etc. This machine is perfectly adaptable to any production plant and its logistics:
